- Doors & hardware: confirm door schedules, lock types, reader locations, cable transfers and the supply responsibility for each component.
- Pathways & power: agree conduit, cable routes, backboxes, power supplies, circuits and equipment space with the electrical contractor.
- Networks & recording: confirm IT contacts, PoE budgets, remote access requirements and recording expectations.
- Site sequencing: coordinate rough-in, ceiling access, door readiness, finish protection and commissioning dates.
Required fire alarm and life-safety interfaces are coordinated with the responsible trades and project requirements.

Review & price
Share drawings, specifications and addenda. We review the requested systems and identify questions, allowances and scope boundaries in the quotation.
Coordinate & prepare
Confirm equipment selections, locations, trade interfaces and scheduling. Agree required submittals and any proposed substitutions before ordering.
Install & commission
Coordinate site work with the project contractors, configure the systems and test the agreed functions. Address deficiencies before owner handover.
Train & hand over
Agree owner training, device schedules, manuals, configuration records and as-built requirements as part of the project scope.
