Bring in local installation capability for new projects, upgrades and agreed portions of a larger scope.
Discuss repeat work or rollouts across locations, with site requirements, reporting and scheduling agreed for each visit.
INSTALLATION · SERVICE · FIELD SUPPORT
Tell us the platform, task and deliverables. Equipment familiarity, programming access and any specialist requirements are confirmed before work is accepted.

On-site checks, security or AV testing with your coordinator and agreed completion records. Programming and specialist commissioning responsibilities are established in advance.
For existing fire alarm systems, enquiries are limited to monitoring interfaces and communication within Sherwood’s agreed scope.
WORKING AS PART OF YOUR DELIVERY TEAM
A successful subcontract visit starts with clear instructions and finishes with a useful record of what was completed.
Confirm the site, equipment, work order, responsibilities, access contact and required deliverables.
Arrange timing with your office and the authorised site contact. Travel and any special access requirements are confirmed.
Carry out the agreed work, flag material scope changes and coordinate testing with the people responsible for the system.
Agree the work-order notes, completion photos, test results and outstanding items your coordinator needs.

Site communication, identification and reporting arrangements are agreed with your team before attendance.
YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MATTERS
Agree who communicates with the customer, how Sherwood is introduced and where questions or additional requests should be directed.
Handle customer information, drawings, site details and commercial arrangements within the agreed project process.
Refer additional work and material changes to your authorised coordinator for direction before proceeding.
EXPERIENCE BACKED BY TRAINING
Sherwood’s experience spans alarms, access control, video surveillance, networking and audio/video. That wider view helps when a field issue crosses more than one system.
