A lost fob shouldn’t mean changing every lock.
Deactivate missing credentials and issue replacements, with permissions for the doors each resident needs.
STRATA COUNCILS · PROPERTY MANAGERS · BUILDING OWNERS
Fob access, visitor entry and shared-area cameras for strata and apartment buildings in Nanaimo and across Vancouver Island.
Make everyday entry easier for residents, and system management simpler for the people looking after the property.

BUILT AROUND BUILDING LIFE
Start with the problems your council, residents and building manager actually need to solve.
Deactivate missing credentials and issue replacements, with permissions for the doors each resident needs.
Review how visitors reach residents and how authorised entry works, including suitable telephone and video intercom options.
Use supported schedules and permissions for cleaners, trades and staff, with an agreed process for removing access afterward.
ACCESS & VISITOR ENTRY
Plan common entrances, amenities, storage areas and suitable interior doors together.
Improve the arrival experience with an entry system suited to your residents and building.
Extend the access plan beyond the lobby where the building and equipment support it.
Compatibility, licensing, door hardware and required egress are assessed before quoting. Elevator and gate work is coordinated with the relevant contractors.

SHARED-AREA CAMERAS
Review the entrances, parking areas and common spaces that matter to your building. We consider lighting, recording retention, authorised viewing and privacy when planning coverage.
Recording and playback that authorised users can work with.
Reliable networking, storage checks and remote-viewing support.
UPGRADES & ONGOING SUPPORT
You don’t always need to replace the whole system. We review existing equipment, cabling and credentials, then explain what can be retained and where an upgrade would help.
Discuss an existing system ↗Identify the equipment, recurring faults and gaps in the current setup.
A written scope, equipment options, costs and any ongoing fees for the work proposed.
Discuss preventative maintenance for doors, cameras, alarms and backup power.
Service & maintenance ↗INSTALLATION DETAILS MATTER
Readers and locking hardware are only part of the job. We consider the door’s operation, cabling, power and the people who will manage the system afterward.

A CLEAR PATH FOR YOUR COUNCIL
Share the location, affected entrances, existing equipment and the issues you want to solve. Photos or plans are helpful.
We assess the systems and coordinate relevant trades, then prepare a proposal for your authorised decision-makers.
We agree access, work areas and installation stages with your building contact, and plan any interruptions around residents. Door readiness, ceiling access and protecting finishes are part of the job. Once the work is tested, we show authorised managers how to use the system.
