What should I send for a quote?
Tell us the service needed, the location, the property type and whether this is a new installation or an upgrade. For construction work, include the bid deadline and mention available drawings.
Can you coordinate with our electrician or door contractor?
Yes. Tell us who is involved so we can discuss cabling, power, network and door-hardware responsibilities as part of the scope.
Does a camera system need a monthly subscription?
That depends on the selected recording platform and services. Ask us to explain local recording, cloud options and any recurring costs in your quote.
Do you install fire alarm systems?
No. We connect existing fire alarm systems to professional monitoring. Your fire alarm contractor handles the fire alarm installation, inspection and maintenance.
How are equipment, installation and monitoring priced?+
Equipment and installation are quoted separately from ongoing monitoring. We recommend the system for your building and explain the charges, scope and terms before work begins.
