MORE THAN A BUZZER

Your entrance sets the tone.

Give visitors a clear way to reach a resident or reception—and give the person answering a better way to decide who comes in.

A clear first impression

A readable directory, suitable call buttons and a well-positioned entrance panel make arrivals easier.

More informed decisions

Speak with visitors before releasing the door. Video-capable systems can add a view of the caller.

Control that fits daily life

Choose how calls are answered and who manages the system, with the door hardware considered from the start.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT CONNECTION

Three ways to answer the door.

Match the system to your residents, staff, existing wiring and communication service.

APARTMENTS & STRATA

Telephone entry

A familiar directory and call-to-phone approach. Residents speak with visitors and use the configured release command when they choose to admit them.

  • Practical for many existing buildings
  • Telephone or compatible VoIP service, depending on equipment
  • Directory updates for resident changes

OFFICES & SHARED FACILITIES

Reception & staff entry

Route visitors to the people responsible for receiving them. Consider reception stations, selected staff destinations and agreed after-hours arrangements.

  • Clear call destinations for visitors
  • Visitor entry and staff access planned together
  • Multiple entrances assessed within the scope

APARTMENT BUZZER REPLACEMENT

Give an older entrance
a fresh start.

Unreliable calls? An ageing panel? A directory that is difficult to update?

We begin with the existing wiring, power, phone or network service and door-release hardware. That tells us whether a straightforward replacement is possible or whether the supporting infrastructure needs work.

Keep what still works

Existing wiring and door equipment are assessed for compatibility before reuse is proposed.

Plan the changeover

Coordinate resident information, access arrangements, testing and handover with the building manager.

THE WHOLE ENTRANCE

The call is one part of the system.

The panel, lock, door closer, power supply and communication path need to work together.

Door release

Coordinate the intercom with suitable electric locking hardware and its power supply. We assess the interface and how the door closes and latches.

Fobs & credentials

Give authorised residents or staff their own entry method. Common-door access and visitor calls can be planned together.

Access control & fob entry ↗

Reliable communications

Check cabling, network connections and telephone or internet service. We discuss connection failures and backup power during the design.

Resident directories, suite call destinations and a practical process for move-ins and move-outs.

Offices & commercial

Reception calls, staff entry, delivery doors and after-hours arrangements.

Gates & separate entrances

Visitor communication away from the main building, with power and connection distances assessed.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Questions building managers ask.

Can residents answer on a mobile phone?

Some telephone-entry systems call a resident’s phone number. Selected video-intercom systems use a compatible app. These are different approaches; we confirm supported devices, subscriptions and communication requirements before quoting.

Can you reuse our existing wiring?

Sometimes. We check cable type, condition, routes and replacement-system requirements. Wiring is reused only where it suits the agreed design.

Can it work with our existing fob system?

We assess the intercom, controller, locking hardware and power supply together. Compatible release interfaces may allow the systems to work alongside each other; compatibility is confirmed for the actual equipment.

Who updates resident names and call destinations?

We agree the administration process with the building manager. Handover includes appropriate user access and guidance for tasks supported by the selected system.

What happens if the internet or power goes down?

That depends on the communication service, equipment, backup power and door hardware. We discuss outage behaviour and exit arrangements during the assessment.

What should we send for an initial quote?

Entrance and panel photos, the location, number of suites or call destinations, door-release details and known wiring or phone-service information. For a new build, drawings and the door schedule are useful.
